I have always loved both real estate and architecture. And I have lived my life believing in the saying, “If you love something, you'll be good at it.” In 2011, at the age of 29, I founded our company, whose business focuses on the overlapping field of real estate and architecture—the very things I wanted to pursue. Fortunately, my other passion—travel—began to play a role. As foreign clients increased, I gained their trust and was entrusted with managing their real estate investments in Japan. They valued my understanding of cultural differences, differing aesthetic sensibilities, and varying perspectives on revenue and expenses.

Moving forward, we will not merely circulate buildings from one owner to another. Even if we are still a small entity now, we will consciously consider entire cities and towns. Like creating scenery within a forest, we will maximize the inherent charm of each building through architectural and real estate techniques, then supply that value to cities and towns.
Moreover, just as trees in a forest are cherished when beautiful, buildings within a city can be treasured and, to put it starkly, may even endure forever. We aim to create a sustainable, better future by generating enduring revenue, crafting beautiful architecture, and breathing life into real estate.
